What are your business hours?

Our studio is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. We're closed on Sundays and major holidays. You can reach us by phone during these hours or email us anytime.

How long does it take to receive a custom furniture piece?

Custom pieces typically take 16-24 weeks from design approval to completion, depending on the complexity of the project and our current workshop schedule. We'll provide a more accurate timeline after discussing your specific needs.

Do you offer shipping outside the local area?

Yes, we ship nationwide within the United States. All pieces are carefully packed and shipped via trusted carriers with white-glove delivery service available. International shipping can be arranged for certain items—please contact us for details.

What is your return policy?

Standard collection items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom pieces cannot be returned due to their made-to-order nature. Please see our full return policy for details.

Can I visit your workshop to see pieces in person?

Absolutely! We welcome visitors to our Asheville studio by appointment. This allows us to dedicate proper time to your visit and ensure a team member is available to answer all your questions. Please contact us to schedule your visit.
